Role Overview:

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead the marketing efforts for Cadence's Tensilica IP, driving product success and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer adoption and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather market requirements and define future product roadmaps.
  • Manage major customer programs, generating competitive positioning and winning strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and define future product requirements for Tensilica's extensible processor technology.
  • Champion and coordinate regular communications to field applications engineering and sales teams on new technology and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • BSEE/CS or equivalent required; Masters degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in engineering, applications engineering, or marketing, with expertise in embedded processor architectures, SOC design, and embedded software tools.
  • Working knowledge of Digital Signal Processors and/or Machine Learning is desired.
  • Familiarity with C/C++ programming and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred.

Travel:

Occasional travel to meet customers and support events, including international travel, will be required.
