The Sales Development Representative will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and sales objectives for Darwin AI. As a highly motivated and self-driven individual, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business prospects from various sources, including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial outreach to prospects to generate new business opportunities and fuel the sales pipeline.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities and convey the value proposition to potential customers.
  • Schedule sales meetings and calls between customers and Sales Executives.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and new opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or sales (experience in AI/B2B/SaaS is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presence and experience scheduling and taking multiple calls per day.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot).
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
