We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Lagos, Nigeria. As an Agency Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent for our diverse client base across various industries.
Responsibilities- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture
- Sources potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency or third-party setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates
- Proficiency in interviewing techniques and candidate assessment
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position based in Lagos, Nigeria.
