Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead our indirect material procurement efforts in Peru. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing plans, negotiating contracts with suppliers, and managing relationships with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as first point of contact for suppliers related to indirect material categories
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to meet financial targets
  • Maintain relationships with local suppliers based on Goodyear's supplier segmentation strategy
  • Support organizational change management efforts for the Peru plant

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • At least 5 years of Procurement experience, preferably in a multinational or large national company
  • Strong negotiation abilities, application of strategic sourcing process, project management, and change management skills
  • Excellent communication (technical and non-technical) and influencing skills
