Active Safety is a division of Troax that specializes in preventing accidents when physical barriers are not suitable. Our innovative solutions employ advanced technologies to detect and address potential hazards in real-time, creating a comprehensive catalogue of security solutions.

In this role, you will drive the growth of Troax's Active Safety solutions in Germany by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored safety solutions. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our safety technologies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement projects and expand our market presence.

Salary and Benefits

Job Responsibilities
  1. You will utilize existing databases to introduce Active Safety solutions to current and potential customers.
  2. Gather thorough knowledge of each customer's requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  3. Prepare comprehensive offers, deliver persuasive presentations, and negotiate contracts with customers.
  4. Liaise with the headquarters of the Active Safety division to coordinate equipment preparation and ensure timely supply.
  5. Maintain regular communication with local assemblers and technicians, providing instructions on project implementation.
  6. Foster relationships with resellers and forklift brands to leverage partnership opportunities.
  7. Provide training and knowledge on Active Safety solutions to salespeople, enabling them to identify business prospects.
  8. Define and coordinate local technical support, including installation, start-up, and subsequent SAT.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Technical sales experience, preferably in the industrial and logistics sectors.
  • Strong background in commercial and technical disciplines, with knowledge of electrical or electronic systems.
  • Genuine interest in the industrial sector, demonstrating a passion for innovation and safety solutions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities to address customer requirements effectively.
  • Confidence and resilience to engage with industrial managers independently.
  • Fluency in both German and English is required.
