Job DescriptionThis role requires excellent project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in producing high-quality video content from concept to completion.
You will be responsible for pre-production, production, post-production, and distribution, as well as collaborating with multiple teams to align on project needs, creative development, resources, and schedule. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish are required.
Required Skills and Qualifications- More than 10 years of production experience working as a director of photography/editor
- Bachelor's degree in video production, film, communications, or similar discipline
- Ability to troubleshoot production challenges and find creative solutions
- Strong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure with tight deadlines and requirements with strict quality control
- Creative self-starter with visual storytelling experience through multimedia
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines while building collaborative relationships with a large network of global colleagues
