About the Role

The Customer Engagement Analyst is a key position within Colgate-Palmolive Company, responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients to drive sales and improve service levels. This role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with clients to ensure healthy inventories, high shelf availability, and a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement purchase suggestions based on stock availability, streamlining logistics costs and improving KPIs.
  • Coordinate with clients to optimize purchase orders, cross-dock distributions, and commercial strategies.
  • Supply stores with merchandise, force merchandise from the client's CD to stores, and liquidate discontinued products.
  • Regularly visit client offices to improve relationships, identify opportunities, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Monitor and control parameters, minimums, average sales, and store stocks to ensure accurate purchase and distribution.
  • Coordinate commercial actions, evaluating the feasibility of supplying promoted references and presenting alternatives as needed.
  • Develop and implement temporary assortment changes based on formats, stock levels, and commercial strategies to improve customer supply and indicators.
  • Plan and manage monthly purchase plans, distribution, and delivery to improve indicators and service.
  • Participate in weekly improvement meetings and suggest purchases based on stock opportunities and commercial strategies.
  • Manage and control information on customer operations, planning activities from the customer distribution center to stores, and monitoring and improving customer KPIs.
  • Conduct monthly Storechecks to detect opportunities at points of sale and analyze OSA data to improve proposals, tool application, and alarms.
  • Lead actions to solve operational problems and participate in Joint Business Plans and T2T with clients.
  • Search for logistics efficiencies and savings, including backhaul, order assembly analysis, replenishment, and picking methods.
  • Analyze sales forecasts, customer demand vs. sales, and recommend stock adjustments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Commercial Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Excel proficiency.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Logistics.
  • Desirable experience using SAP, managing clients, and knowledge in DOMO, Power Bi, or Data Studio.
