Technical Account Manager

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to provide high-quality support to our enterprise clients. As a Technical Account Manager, you will work closely with client stakeholders to troubleshoot advanced technical issues and engage with multi-discipline internal and client teams to ensure successful resolutions within customers' environments.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of professional experience in information technology, with at least 2 years in a customer-facing role – preferably involved in product implementation and hands-on technical activities within enterprise corporate environments. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, or other related technical disciplines is required. Experience with installation, configuration, and management of Linux-based Operating Systems, as well as basic shell proficiency, is essential.
You will have the opportunity to work on complex software modules, write code projects with Python, C++, C#, and Java, and participate in the development of new features and enhancements.
