Key Responsibilities:
- Ticket management to apply cost credits end to end within the commission's process, guaranteeing timely and precise credit applications.
- Administer commission process by maintaining, tracking, reporting, and analyzing relevant revenue and commission data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manipulate and calculate data for analysis.
- Show strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and collaboration.
- Display time management skills with the ability to meet critical deadlines.
- Possess knowledge of SQL, preferably with experience in Hyperion Interactive Reporting (a plus).
- Demonstrate excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Show discretion when dealing with sensitive commissions and payment data.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum
About the PositionThis role involves working on a team to manage cost credits and commission processes. A student in Business Administration or related studies will be preferred.
