About the Role:
The People Specialist/HRBP will collaborate with the People Director to define and implement initiatives and projects at local, regional, and global levels. They will maintain a close relationship with the HRBP team to understand each assigned population and work together in developing and implementing solutions. Additionally, they will act as the HRBP for an assigned population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and understand business needs and collaborate in generating proposals to address these challenges from the People Team.
- Collaborate in building the roadmap of initiatives and projects to support the different stages of the employee journey.
- Act as the focal point for different projects, coordinating various fronts and ensuring timely implementation.
- Work jointly with the HRBP team in building and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate in launching global/regional projects, proposing necessary adjustments according to local specificities.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented projects.
- Act as the HRBP for the assigned population.
About You:
- A passion for HR and solving for the future.
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring employees at different levels within the organization.
- Strong project and process management skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with focus on execution, problem-solving, and improving processes.
- Not afraid of course correcting in the middle of a defined process.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations, HRBP, or a similar role.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
