We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Development Representative to join our team at HOKALI. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective operations processes that drive growth and success.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with sports and enrichment academies or private coaches
- Generate leads and conduct outreach efforts to potential partners
- Monitor performance and provide regular progress reports
- Ensure new coaches meet quality and safety standards
- Utilize CRM software for lead management and record-keeping
- Contribute to the development of strategies for achieving operations targets
- Implement and improve operations processes
- Provide data-driven insights and contribute to sales operations updates
- Stay informed about market trends, competition, and industry developments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Advanced or native English language skills, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and pay attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Experience using HubSpot or other CRM systems is an asset
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems
