In Space Plus, we are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our Sales Team.
The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with the most significant B2B clients. This role ensures client satisfaction, fosters long-term partnerships, and drives business growth by aligning company offerings with client needs.

What will be your responsibilities in this role?- Target market research and analysis: Fully familiar with the target market, including research and analysis of customer markets, user characteristics, cooperative channels, competitive products, etc.
- Strategic Planning & Consulting: Follow up company solutions and services. Fully understand the company's products and business models, fully understand product solutions, clearly understand the product upgrade content of third-party technology or service providers or the characteristics of the company's Internet operation services, and promptly follow up on product and service upgrade plans, and improve suggestions based on market feedback. Maintain business partnerships.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients, negotiate contracts, and ensure the delivery of solutions that align with their objectives. Complete the integrated sales goals of technical services and operation services.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with current customers, promote customer growth, assist customers in optimizing market strategies, help promote the company's operation service solutions, and promote customer user growth and renewal.
- Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with cooperative channels and customers, and determine sustainable development strategic relationships.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align efforts and deliver customized solutions to clients.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze key account metrics, preparing detailed monthly and quarterly reports for management to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts promptly, maintaining trust and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Prior experience in sales management or event planning (2+ years) is highly valued.
- Familiarity with B2B sales strategies for cross-border e-commerce platforms.
- Fluency in English
