About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Sagan. This role will play a key part in acquiring and managing customer relationships, working closely with our marketing team to create strategies for phone and email outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct sales outreach to prospective customers via phone and email.
  • Research and acquire customer contact information to build relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing offerings and strategies for outreach.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage interactions, and facilitate product delivery.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of sales and product delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the building materials industry is a plus.
Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this position is $2,100-$2,500 per month, depending on experience.
