Posizione:
Come Specialista di Marketing Cloud nella nostra pratica Customer Engagement & CRM, sarai coinvolto in attività di disegno, sviluppo e configurazione di soluzioni end-to-end che spaziano dall'ambito Marketing Business to Consumer a quello CRM.
In particolare, ti occuperai di:
- Sviluppo e configurazione su piattaforma Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
- Costruzione dei servizi di Next Best Action e dei segmenti real-time utili a ottenere la massima personalizzazione in tempo reale per la miglior esperienza del cliente;
- Collaudo e rilascio delle componenti sviluppate e configurate;
- Costruzione di automazioni di marketing in piattaforma tramite l'uso di Automation Studio e Journey Builder;
- Consulenza e implementazione di strumenti di Real-time decisioning su piattaforma Salesforce.

Cerchiamo te se:
- Hai un'esperienza di almeno 2 anni in progetti di Marketing Automation Enterprise, utilizzando Tool Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, Social Studio);
- Hai maturato almeno 2 anni di esperienza come Marketing Cloud Developer;
- Possiedi buona conoscenza dei database relazionali e di SQL;
- Conosci approfonditamente il modulo Marketing Cloud Engagement;
- Hai ottima conoscenza dei linguaggi di programmazione front-end (HTML, CSS, Javascript,..);
- Hai maturato esperienza in progetti gestiti in modalità Agile;
Saranno valutate come titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di piattaforma HCL Unica.
