Job Overview

The Senior Associate for Salesforce CRM plays a pivotal role in collaborating with key internal stakeholders to deliver business-centric reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and analytical insights aimed at enhancing market comprehension and supporting strategic business goals.

This position is integral in assisting the marketing team with market research initiatives, generating insights, preparing forecasts, and executing various business-related processes to foster a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct primary market data analysis.
  • Compile and present business intelligence reports to stakeholders on a consistent basis.
  • Engage in the development and execution of market research projects and manage relationships with market research vendors.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses utilizing secondary data sources to aid in the decision-making process.
  • Extract and analyze data from Veeva CRM, producing reports on field force KPIs, CLM, and other digital promotional tools.
  • Assist the BI/Decision Support manager in delivering integrated marketing analytical solutions, including dashboards and business intelligence tools, to support various business functions.
  • Execute customer segmentation calculations and analyses.
  • Conduct analyses related to targeting and field force sizing.
  • Oversee the management of the CRM system, provide user training, ensure data integrity, track sales force productivity, and support initiatives aimed at enhancing sales force effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development of metrics and calculations for sales incentives.
  • Support market access initiatives through the development and implementation of SAP.
  • Assist in defining criteria and metrics for Sales Force Incentive Compensation (SIC).
  • Establish competitive intelligence capabilities to provide regular reporting on competitive activities.
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues across the global team concerning CMI and CRM matters.
  • Maintain close collaboration with all departments within the company.
  • Adhere to the company's quality standards and the Best Practice - Code of Business Conduct.

Qualifications:

  • A university degree in marketing, economics, statistics, engineering, or a related field is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
  • Proficient knowledge of business statistics, quantitative methodologies, performance analysis, and the development of business performance dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs.
  • Strong grasp of marketing strategy, planning considerations, forecasting, field force tactics, and performance metrics.
  • Proficient in MS Office and relational database management.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong problem-solving and decision-making mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
