Compensation Manager for North America

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Manager for North America to lead our compensation strategy and ensure alignment with our overall compensation philosophy and market trends.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement competitive compensation strategies and programs for the North American region.
- Conduct market research and analysis to assess the competitiveness of compensation offerings.
- Develop and administer annual compensation reviews, including salary increases, promotions, and bonus programs.
- Manage the compensation budgeting process for the North American region.
- Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners and managers on compensation-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal compensation laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in compensation management, with a focus on North American compensation practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems and compensation analysis tools.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal compensation laws and regulations.
