Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team at Eatable Adventures. As a Program Manager, you will play a key role in defining and executing our acceleration programs, working closely with corporate clients to transform their businesses through disruptive innovation and strategic alliances with global AgriFoodTech startups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and structure program content in line with Eatable's acceleration methodology.
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day program activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners, investors, and mentors.
  • Organize events, workshops, and training sessions for startups.
  • Monitor and evaluate startup performance.
  • Provide support and advice on business development, market strategies, and scalability.
  • Ensure startups have access to resources such as funding, infrastructure, and technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the program and its activities.
  • Facilitate the creation of synergies between participating startups and other AgriFoodTech sector initiatives.
  • Coordinate mentorship and networking activities between startups and industry experts.
  • Implement project management practices to ensure the success of scheduled activities.
  • Evaluate program results and implement continuous improvements.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of previous experience in AgriFoodTech innovation, working with startups and corporations within the ecosystem, management or strategic consultancy, with in-depth knowledge of the sector, including the value chain, market dynamics, business models, key players, etc.
  • Leadership skills: you will be leading a high-potential team.
  • Advanced understanding of entrepreneurship and innovation approaches, including business model innovation, design thinking, lean startup, and agile methodologies.
  • Eager to make a positive impact on society and the food system.
  • Curiosity, learning, and discovery are natural traits.
  • Team player, quick learner, highly motivated, and deadline-oriented.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English (C1) and Spanish (C2), both written and spoken, essential for working with international teams and local stakeholders.

For our office in Montevideo, we are currently looking for a Program Manager with prior experience in projects defining strategy or resolving innovation challenges, as well as experience in the AgriFoodTech sector and working with startups.
