About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Paris. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of existing customer accounts, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and maximizing revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service a portfolio of existing customer accounts to maximize revenue generation.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including international and local customers, and ISPs in the region.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales and margin targets.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with direct decision-makers of clients.
- Coordinate the execution or implementation of orders by clients and ensure delivery with high quality and good service.
- Work closely with internal and external parties to organize various components needed to initiate, run, and conclude sales projects.
- Be responsible for all relevant issues within Account Manager Function.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Strong sales experience and project management skills, ideally focusing on wholesale or enterprise business within telecom fields.
- Knowledge of telecom products and services.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Overall logical and strategic thinking mind, self-motivated worker as well as team player.
- Be familiar with local culture and business aspect.
- Familiar with telecom market, customer resources to be considered with preference.
- Language skills: fluent English & French in spoken and written; Chinese language will be a plus.
