About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at ParkMobile US. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving growth and revenue through strategic account planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze account performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through strategic account planning and execution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
