About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Account Manager to join our team at Avature. As a key player in our sales organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute account plans, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Avature's solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients, analyzing their needs and providing tailored recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, leveraging this knowledge to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong track record of success in sales and account management. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key qualifications include:

  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Permanent residency in Argentina.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
