Job Title: Principal Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Site Reliability Engineer to lead our SRE team and optimize infrastructure for high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, automation, and cloud management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead SRE team to ensure high availability and performance of applications
  • Design and implement automated deployments using Azure DevOps Pipelines, Ansible, and Jenkins
  • Develop scripts in PowerShell and Python/Bash to automate system operations
  • Implement production performance, availability, and scalability monitoring and alerting best practices using New Relic, Dynatrace, and DataDog
  • Manage cloud cost and support public client-facing revenue-generating systems
  • Build and deploy Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
  • Monitor and prevent issues with databases and database queries using Solarwinds Database Performance Analyzer and Idera SQL Diagnostic Manager
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience leading SRE team
  • 7+ years experience writing software in modern software languages
  • 7+ years experience creating automated deployments
  • 7+ years experience writing scripts in PowerShell and Python/Bash
  • 7+ years experience implementing production performance, availability, and scalability monitoring and alerting best practices
  • 5+ years experience as a global admin of Azure
  • 7+ years experience supporting public client-facing revenue-generating systems
  • Strong DevOps focus and experience building and deploying Infrastructure as Code
