About the Role
The successful candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in leading Scrum teams and be certified as a Release Train Engineer or Certified Scrum Master. They will also have strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as experience working in a virtual team environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively across different cultures and time zones, and have a deep understanding of agile methodologies and practices.
Key Responsibilities

- Guide strategic cross-functional Global Strategic priority teams through agile practices and tools.">
- Connect agile values to compass ways of working in tangible actions that the team can learn, practice, and eventually mature on.">
- Organize and facilitate all scrum related meetings (stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, demos, etc.).">
- Monitor team backlog daily and ensure it accurately reflects the current state of the sprint.">
- Work with product owners and stakeholders to refine vision and establish goals and metrics.">
- Act as an agile ambassador in sessions across the organization like communities of practice, and leadership forums.">
- Oversee the integration and use of Azure DevOps tools within project teams to optimize collaboration, code management, and CI/CD pipelines.">
- Develop and manage dashboards in Azure DevOps to provide real-time insights into project metrics and performance.">
- Ensure configuration and maintenance of Azure DevOps environments to support agile project management and team workflows.">
- Facilitate the adoption of Azure DevOps features among the team, ensuring they are leveraged to enhance project transparency and delivery efficiency.">
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of the Azure DevOps setup.">
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
