Job Summary
We're looking for a visionary leader to drive digital transformation across our organization. As a Scrum Master, you'll be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams through agile practices and tools, ensuring seamless integration of Azure DevOps features, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic initiatives to enhance project delivery capabilities, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate all scrum-related meetings, ensure accurate representation of the current state of the sprint, and communicate team velocity and progress to stakeholders.
- Develop and manage dashboards in Azure DevOps to provide real-time insights into project metrics and performance.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of the Azure DevOps setup.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, demonstrating analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- 6+ years of experience leading Scrum and Kanban Agile Teams, with a proven track record as a Scrum Master.
- Experience working in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices, enhancing the capability to scale agile across larger, more complex projects.
