We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Lead to join our team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving digital innovation and excellence across our retail business.
About the Role:
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of our IT Commercial Excellence Strategy, supporting our EM Segment. You will be accountable for Trade Promotion Management, Revenue Growth Management, Retail Execution, and Shopper Engagement Products' delivery, as well as ensuring the support and availability of existing applications in these domains.
You will also develop SBP and Technology investment plans for our EM Segment, including budgeting, forecasting, business case development, business outcome identification, business adoption plans, and resourcing plans. Additionally, you will partner with other business units, regions, and stakeholders to maximize globalization, scalability, and overall TCO.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of our IT Commercial Excellence Strategy, supporting our EM Segment.
- Develop SBP and Technology investment plans for our EM Segment, including budgeting, forecasting, business case development, business outcome identification, business adoption plans, and resourcing plans.
- Partner with other business units, regions, and stakeholders to maximize globalization, scalability, and overall TCO.
- Ensure the support and availability of existing applications in domains such as Trade Promotion Management, Revenue Growth Management, Retail Execution, and Shopper Engagement Products.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need 15+ years of demonstrable strategic impact and technology delivery experience in Revenue Growth Management, Retail Execution, and Shopper Engagement fields, operating within an innovative and agile customer environment. You should have solid experience working in the CPG industry, exceptional ability to build cross-functional relationships, and hands-on experience driving definition and enablement of business capability and technology strategies and roadmaps.
You will also need demonstrated skills in application delivery, client relationship management, strong sense of urgency in delivering results, business knowledge, intuition, and judgment, high cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity, strong communication and collaboration. Proven ability to lead global application delivery in a 24x7 business and secure operating environment is essential, along with at least 3 years of experience leading projects using Agile Methodologies and relevant finance/P&L understanding.
Compensation Package:
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per year, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage options, flexible savings and spending accounts, diverse income protection insurance options, and additional programs and support to continue education, adopt a child, relocate, or find temporary childcare.
