About the Role

We're seeking a talented User Experience (UX) Engineer to join our team. As a UX Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing and delivering exceptional user experiences for our customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with IT infrastructure and operations teams to develop and deploy end-user computing solutions, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and virtual environments.
  • Work closely with product teams to ensure proper implementation and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, security, and cloud services.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven improvements.
  • Translate UX requirements into effective designs that focus on usability and user satisfaction.
  • Advocate for user experience best practices within the organization.

Key Qualifications and Experiences:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, front-end development, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience with back-end technologies and understanding of full-stack development.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and influence: exceptional ability to build cross-functional relationships with diverse teams, including business stakeholders and internal teams, to drive business transformation and exceptional customer experience.
  • Communication and storytelling: flair for good storytelling to help teams design success stories that can be shared and drive adoption and scaling across the enterprise of CTO products & services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex user experience challenges.
