Position Overview:
Como KAM de ventas de alquiler de PS, impulsará los ingresos y la rentabilidad de las ventas, trabajará en conjunto con el equipo de ventas de alto rendimiento y fomentará las relaciones con los clientes. Teniendo interacción con el equipo de EPG.

Job Description:
Finning, socio estratégico de CATERPILLAR, líder en distribución de equipos y servicios, te invita a unirte al líder que mueve las industrias y a participar con nosotros en el proceso de postulación para el cargo de Key Account Manager Rental Power.

Sus principales Funciones serán:

- Lograr ingresos por alquiler y rentabilidad exigido por la compañía.
- Colaborar con la gerencia para establecer y alcanzar objetivos comerciales,

aumentar la participación de mercado y adquirir nuevos clientes.
- Liderar y desarrollar un equipo de 5 a 10 representantes de ventas de alquiler.
- Gestionar cuentas de alto nível y mantener sólidas relaciones comerciales.
- Trabajar con Caterpillar y otros socios para mejorar el soporte y las relaciones.
- Participar en eventos y ferias comerciales para promover nuestras soluciones y nuestra red.
- Implementar estrategias de marketing para aumentar los ingresos y el compromiso con la marca.
- Emplear técnicas efectivas de negociación y cierre.
- Colaborar con las recomendaciones del inventario de la flota de alquiler para garantizar la calidad y la diversidad.
- Sugerir la compra de nuevos equipos en función de las demandas del mercado.
- Guiar las decisiones sobre el retiro de equipos antiguos para mantener una flota moderna.

Gestión de equipos y operaciones:

- Garantizar el buen funcionamiento de las operaciones de alquiler en colaboración con el liderazgo del servicio.
- Informar sobre las actividades de alquiler, el estado de la flota y el rendimiento del equipo.
- Desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de venta y mejoras de procesos con otros departamentos.
- Brindar una atención al cliente excepcional y abordar las necesidades de manera eficaz.

Experiência y conocimientos:

- Licenciatura en Negocios, Marketing, Ingeniería o campo relacionado.
- Más de 5 años de experiência en alquiler o venta de sistemas de energía.
- Liderazgo demostrado en ventas y gestión de equipos.
- Nível de Ingles Intermedio (deseable)
- Conocimiento de sistema SAP (deseable).
