Customer Service Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Manager to join our Bluebird Care team in Bristol, Bath, and NE Somerset. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our domiciliary care services, ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers and their family members and advocates, as well as for our Care Assistants.
About the Role
As our Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing innately kind, caring, and compassionate support to our customers and their families.
- Overseeing the management of our domiciliary care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and risk assessment.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and experience.
- Leading and supporting a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care services.
- Collaborating with our Registered Managers to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary ranging from £26,000 to £30,000, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits, including:

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- MUST IT skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
We prefer candidates with:
- QCF (NVQ) Level 3 in Care/Management or equivalent.
- Domiciliary Care experience.
