** Customer Care Specialist** will play a key role within the company to ensure we are exceeding our customer’s expectations. Our Customer Care Specialists go above and beyond for our customers and leave no stone unturned when solving customer issues.
**As a Customer Care Specialist, You Will Be Responsible For**Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services and provide informative support to our customersProvide a seamless customer experience that creates positive sentiment for our brandMaintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and steps taken to resolve issuesDirect customers to the appropriate parties and facilitate a seamless handoff if the customer requires additional assistance from a team member from another departmentMeet and/or exceed all customer care metricsAdhere to customer service guidelines and company policiesProvide feedback to Customer Care supervisors and department manager regarding trends and opportunities to improve the customer experienceWorks as a team with other departments as needed to solve customer issues ensure the customer is getting the best possible careCollaborates with other departments to support any internal functions and requests as needed
- Provide relevant feedback to help us improve our service offerings

- Must be customer obsessed with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
- Utilize critical thinking and problem solving skills to provide solutions and resolve customer issues
- Proactively take steps to improve the customer experience
- Must be an effective communicator with the ability to work cross functionally with multiple departments
- Must be able to able to communicate both written and orally in English
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Availability: The hours for this position will vary depending on business requirements.
