Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Fleet Credit Specialist II - CVL to join our Commercial Vehicle Fleet Credit team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for a wide range of responsibilities, including credit file processing and maintenance, data entry, customer service, and collaboration between various departments, dealers, and vendors.
Your primary goal will be to ensure maximum customer experience by developing and maintaining positive relationships with internal team members/departments and external customers/parties. Additionally, you'll provide mentoring, guidance, and support to new and/or less experienced specialist team members within CVL Fleet Credit.
- Create new customer accounts using a combination of manual data entry and/or file upload into our established originations and fleet credit systems of record, emphasizing accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist in preparing renewal emails and other correspondence related to the line of credit renewal process.
- Train with Fleet department, and other CVL departments, to gain understanding and prepare for the Fleet Credit Analyst role.
- Provide exemplary customer service and support through phone calls and emails to commercial fleet customers, dealerships, related vendors, and internal parties, taking professional ownership to provide prompt response and effective resolution of specific concerns.
