About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our full cycle recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our full-time recruitment efforts, working closely with a global team of HR professionals.
  • Manage our applicant tracking system (JazzHR) for LATAM and develop training materials in partnership with our Vice President of People.
  • Stay up-to-date on innovative hiring practices and establish relationships with colleges, portfolio centers, and institutions that focus on marketing and technology.
  • Attend annual career fairs at target schools and conduct organic outreach to universities and portfolio schools for informational sessions.
  • Partner with our Chief Operations Officer on freelance hires and maintain our database of contract talent.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years recruiting experience; software company recruiting required.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Strong initiative, proactive self-starter with ability to work independently under little supervision.
  • Excellent writing and strong/persuasive presentation skills.
  • Strong strategic planning skills and leadership qualities.
