The Order to Cash Billing Senior Analyst position at Balazs is a critical role that ensures the timely and accurate billing process, credits, and credit notes for our customers. The primary function of this position is to ensure that all billing activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Billing Process Optimization:
- Ensure accurate and complete billing of customers in line with their purchase orders, contracts, and other requirements.
- Update pricing as approved and timely, including new sales items.
- Submit invoices to customers promptly through various channels.
- Maintain close communication with logistics, commercial teams, credit analysts, and collectors to resolve any issues.
- Issue credit notes aligned with Air Liquide processes and procedures.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing-related matters.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Collaborate with members of the Finance team, Accounts Receivable team, and Collection to identify areas for process improvement.
- Develop innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency of the billing process.
- Performance, Quality, and Compliance:
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of deliverables, adhering to corporate rules and principles.
- Respect all safety policies, procedures, and programs.
- Participate in promoting Air Liquide's safety objectives and following established protocols.
Requirements:
- Education:
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
- Language Requirements:
- English language proficiency (B2 level) is mandatory.
- Spanish is required.
- Experience and Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience in billing.
- Knowledge of Google environment preferred.
- Oracle knowledge is beneficial.
- Experience in a multinational company and shared service center is desirable.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Digital mindset for systems automation and connectivity.
- Continuous improvement mindset for process improvements.
