Account Manager, Enterprise Informatics

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Philips, a leading health technology company. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing a network of key customer decision makers at our Enterprise Informatics install base accounts.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Nurture and continuously grow a network of key customer decision makers at our Enterprise Informatics install base accounts.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of a customer's needs across an account.
- Translate customer needs into an executable account strategy that effectively positions EI solutions to create value for customers.
- Own sales opportunities end-to-end, collaborating with product-focused Sales Specialists to provide deep product expertise during key portions of the sales process.
You're the Right Fit If:
- You have a preferred bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- You have a proven track record of creating and executing account plans towards sales objectives and delivering commercial targets.
- You have preferred in-depth experience of selling Healthcare IT products in a clinical environment, and/or great knowledge of hospital ecosystem.
- You have a deep customer-orientation, track record of ability to cultivate strong customer relationships with key decision makers (incl. C-suite).
- You are able to clearly articulate the value of technical software and/or medical products to a range of customer profiles.
- You have experience managing a software sales funnel and prioritizing opportunities requiring escalation or acceleration to ultimately deliver on results.
- You have familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce).
