As a Key Account Manager for Healthcare IT, you will serve as the single point of contact for customers, preparing and delivering tactical account plans to meet commercial targets.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Nurture and grow a network of key customer decision-makers at Enterprise Informatics install base accounts, maintaining a high-touch relationship.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs across an account.
- Translate customer needs into executable account strategies, positioning EI solutions to create value for customers.
- Own sales opportunities end-to-end, collaborating with product-focused Sales Specialists to provide deep product expertise during key portions of the sales process.
About This Role:
- Preferred bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Proven track record of creating and executing account plans towards sales objectives and delivering commercial targets.
- Preferred in-depth experience of selling Healthcare IT products in a clinical environment, and/or great knowledge of hospital ecosystem.
- Deep customer-orientation, track record of ability to cultivate strong customer relationships with key decision-makers (incl. C-suite).
- Able to clearly articulate the value of technical software and/or medical products to a range of customer profiles.
- Experience managing a software sales funnel and prioritizing opportunities requiring escalation or acceleration to ultimately deliver on results.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce).
