RedCloud is in search of a creative and results-driven **Distribuitor Sales Executive** to lead our marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset, who is passionate about building brands and has a knack for crafting compelling marketing strategies. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing RedCloud's brand presence, driving customer engagement, and contributing to our mission of revolutionizing trade dynamics.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Strategy**: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to bolster RedCloud's brand identity and market presence.
- **Content Creation**: Oversee the production of engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience and supports our marketing goals.
- **Market Research**: Conduct comprehensive market research to gather insights, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
- **Event Management**: Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote RedCloud's vision and solutions.
- **Performance Analysis**: Track and analyse the performance of marketing activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and ROI optimisation.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Demonstrable experience in marketing, preferably within the tech or FMCG sectors.
- Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the proficiency to engage and influence various stakeholders.
- Creativity and an analytical mindset, with a drive to challenge the status quo and introduce innovative solutions.
- Experience in managing a marketing team and working with cross-functional teams to meet company goals.
- Proficiency in monitoring performance metrics and analysing data to guide marketing strategies.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages seen as advantageous.
