General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee and lead the operations of our Not Pot brand. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for steering the brand towards increased profitability and market presence, managing a dedicated team, and embodying the ethos and values of our brand. Your success in this role will be directly reflected in your compensation, with opportunities for bonuses and commissions based on the brand's profitability.
**Responsibilities**
- Driving Sustainable Growth and Profitability_
- Assume strategic leadership, guiding the brand towards achieving set financial targets, focusing on long-term profitability and sustainability.
- Develop and implement robust growth strategies, managing profit and loss (P&L) effectively, and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Oversee key performance metrics, adapting strategies to ensure continuous growth and market dominance.
- Performance Management_
- Set clear performance KPIs in alignment with the brand's strategic goals.
- Continuously monitor operational performance, adjusting tactics as necessary to maintain alignment with overall objectives.
- Work closely with the CEO to manage and execute company targets, ensuring company-wide visibility and accountability.
- Team Leadership and Culture Building_
- Foster a culture of performance, integrity, and longevity, consistent with the ethos of a great brand.
- Create an environment that values effort and work, focusing on inputs over outputs.
- Lead a flat hierarchy organization, encouraging input and ideas from all team members and valuing each contribution.
**Requirements**:
- Hard Skills_
- Minimum of 3 years experience in fast-growing consumer brands or top-tier consulting firms.
- Strong financial acumen with extensive experience in corporate financial management.
- Soft Skills_
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a deep passion for consumer retail and brand-building.
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and exceptional decision-making skills.
