**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Our Information Security professionals are passionate about information security and control solutions for computing environments. You'll partner with one or more disciplines, lines of business, regions or locations to respond to evolving business requirements. Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) are highly complex structures that bring value and create a seamless onboarding experience for users across Commercial Banking. The RBAC Transformation Lead will drive efforts to fully modernize our existing RBAC structure.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership skills with exceptional communication and presence including the ability to articulate concepts to senior management and customers.
- Advanced knowledge of multiple IT control and project management practices and experience working across large environments
- Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
- Experience writing technical stories in JIRA/confluence using industry standard notations
- Experience driving modernized strategies using agile methodologies for delivering product and services to customers.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Experience of building strong, cohesive partnerships with key stakeholders
- Experience with implementing Role Based Access Controls in a complex organization
- Experience with administrating JIRA Service Desk projects
