**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce implementations.
- Lead a team of Salesforce Developers and Administrators in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions to meet business needs, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on Salesforce development, customization, and integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects.
- Lead and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges related to Salesforce implementations.
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.
- Mentor and train team members on Salesforce development and best practices.
- Participate in the planning and execution of Salesforce development projects.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or in a similar role.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Administrator) are a plus.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce development principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning components, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration.
- Experience with Salesforce integration using APIs and third-party tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Leadership and mentoring abilities with experience leading a Salesforce development team.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Knowledge of Salesforce DX and CI/CD practices.
- Understanding of Salesforce security models and sharing rules.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
