Digital BI Lead

This profile will be responsible for both driving strategic decision making through data analysis, proactive identification of improvement opportunities and integration with advanced technological solutions, as well as leading the construction of statistical models to increase effectiveness. of strategic decisions.

What will the day be like?
- Data Analysis and Reporting: lead the collection, analysis and visualization of data relevant to the area and develop executive reports and dashboards that provide key insights for strategic decision making.
- Model Building: Use advanced analytical techniques to build statistical models of purchase or withdrawal propensity. Continuously improve existing methodologies, identifying new data sources and adjusting parameters to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the models.
- Identification of Innovation Opportunities: collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify areas of improvement in the value proposition and processes.
- Integration of technological solutions: evaluate and propose within the available tools and technologies those that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of related operations, collaborating with regional BI teams and platform providers in the implementation of technological solutions that drive digital transformation.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: work closely with business teams, customer acquisition, operations and regional and local sales, facilitating collaboration between areas, integrating data from various sources and internal studies, ensuring a holistic and accurate vision for decision making strategic.
- Analytics Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team with key responsibilities in data analysis, statistical modeling, and generation of insights to support business decision.
