**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Lead the Technical Team and explain doubts about the development.
- Lead the Developer Team
- Analyze technical requirements
- Estimate effort
- Create the detailed technical document
- Develop coding activitiesMain Responsibilities: Lead the Technical Team and explain doubts about the development.
- Create, develop and maintain new programs or systems
- Analyze the requirements and suggestions of the users.
- Create solutions for existing failures.
- Carry out the corresponding maintenance on existing systems, monitoring and correcting the defects detected, as well as developing the code in the necessary languages
- Unit or systems testing.
- Design unit test plans.
- Detect and correct errors in programs.
- Run the code to measure its efficiency.
- Rewrite the code to detect errors.
- Carry out tests to ensure that the program is free of errors.
- Prepare technical specifications of the systems.
- Work together with the rest of the team, that is, with Project Managers, Graphic Designers, other Developers, Scrum team and Database administrators.
- Consult with clients or Project Managers about the progress of the development of the program or software to determine possible improvements, make suggestions or requirements.
