- The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the developers and engineers; creating a seamless atmosphere that translates into an effective and reliable IT development team_
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and support our growing team of developers and engineers
- Ensure smooth functioning of technical operations
- Monitor and evaluate staff progress - including conducting weekly code review
- Outline project requirements while working closely with the Director of IT
- Delegate tasks and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Work with team members and management to ensure projects are completed to standard
- Analyze existing operations and schedule meetings to discuss improvements
- Motivate team members and create a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
- Write reports and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders
**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**:
- Experience with DevOps and Extreme Programming are a plus
- One year experience as a Technical Lead or any similar leadership role is highly preferred
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
- Experience as a developer or engineer previously would also be a plus

- PHP
- JavaScript
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Pay: $23,500.00 - $475,000.00 per month

- A data migration is required for a large dataset that is currently in a production environment. All data needs to be converted into a new format for an updated layout.
