We are seeking a proactive and organized **Office Assistant** to support the daily management of our office and coordinate events to join our team:
- ** Location**: Puerto Madero, Capital Federal, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
- ** Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- ** Work model**: On site.
- ** Contract Type**: Indefinite-term.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage logistics for events and meetings, including room bookings, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
- Coordinate office facilities maintenance and cleaning.
- Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages.
- Assist in setting up workspaces for new employees and internal moves.
- Collaborate in implementing office health and safety protocols.
- Maintain up-to-date records and databases related to facilities and events.
- Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Assist in troubleshooting office equipment issues (printers, copiers, etc.).
- Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance services and repairs.
- Assist in organizing corporate events and team-building activities.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar office assistant or event coordinator role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
