Human by nature.**Health and Safety (EHS) Lead, your future position?**
- You will manage all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) functions for our
- **Taste & Wellbeing** manufacturing facilities in Argentina, in compliance with Givaudan EHS processes, and with all applicable EHS regulations in the country. You will manage risk and driving cultural change to reduce the probability of EHS incidents. You will also improve the EHS organization to deliver added value and promote the EHS culture across the company. You will report to the Site Operations Director.- Your main responsibilities will be:
- Support and advice the site top management on all EHS aspects; act as a coach to line managers to ensure that EHS becomes and remains a line responsibility.
- Develop EHS vision aligned with the company strategy for the site, taking into account both the global Operations and the EHS strategies and projects and the local legislation.
- Manage compliance with all EHS regulations and laws.
- Manage all site EHS trainings for all employees and contractors.
- Deploy behavior-based safety programs.
- Ensure EHS programs are strictly implemented.
- Ensure emergency planning is effective.
- Complete and submit regulatory reports.
- Ensure indicators reporting is complete and initiate actions to move towards the agreed targets.
- Track site safety behavioral audits and incidents, analyze trends on audits, incidents and near miss reports and report same to management team.
- Lead safety committee to promote safety awareness and improve the safety of the site by guiding issues identified to closure.
- Manage all hazardous and non-hazardous waste activities.
- Manage all EHS documentation.
- Maintain good relationships with relevant external parties (authorities/communities/network).
- Be the primary contact for Federal, State, and local EHS regulatory agencies.
- Be the main contact with other department: Regulatory, IT, regional Management Team.
- You will work on-site in our Taste & Wellbeing industrial facility located in Munro, Greater Buenos Aires.**You?**

- University degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Master's Degree in EHS.
- At least 7 years of experience as an EHS leader/responsible in large companies with production sites in Argentina.
- Appropriate country EHS qualification/certifications.
- Experience in Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, Risk Control, Root Cause Analysis, Process Safety Management, Emergency Management, Health & Safety Management, Audits.
- Fluent English, both oral and written.
