**Quality Assurance Coordinator, your future position?**

Playing an important part of our Taste & Wellbeing business in Argentina, your main goal in this role will be to coordi-nate and maintain our certified Food and Safety systems and their adherence with Givaudan policies and with local and global applicable regulations. You will also aim to improve our vendors and clients Quality programs, keep-ing them aligned with Givaudan global Quality standards. You will report to Argentina Taste & Wellbeing Quality Manag-er.

You will work on-site in our manufacturing facilities located at Munro, Gran Buenos Aires.

Your **main responsibilities** will be:

- Coordinate the maintenance of Givaudan T&W Quality and Food Safety local systems, and ensure their adherence with global policies and global and local regulations.
- Coordinate and ensure the maintenance of the local Quality documentation system and keep it updated.
- Lead completion of Quality and Food Safety internal audit program.
- Assess the capability of external service providers, vendors, contractors or toll manufacturers to ensure that their products or services meet Givaudan quality standards/contractual requirements.
- Coordinate Quality and Food Safety trainings for all site's employees.
- Implement induction training and subsequent training less experienced QA officers or colleagues in operations and all other site functions.
- Coordinate Quality programs for our clients and vendors, ensuring adherence with global policies.
- Lead clients audits process and ensure management of results.
- Plan and lead audits to our vendors.
- Lead investigations into non-conformance and make batch release decisions associated to process deviations
- Analyze performance indicators and improvement project data, define and propose improvements.
- Promote quality principles and culture by being visible, walking the floor, participating in meetings in multiple areas.

**Your professional profile includes**:

- Engineering Degree in Chemistry or Foods with Quality & Food Safety specialization or post-graduate studies.
- At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance responsibilities in QA-certified multinational corporations of the foods in-dustry.
- Experience as a QA Coordinator.
- Experience of the main aspects of Quality and Food Safety (Crisis Management, Documents Con-trol, Recall, Preventive and Corrective Actions, non-conformance, Change Control, Internal Audit, Allergen Control, Ven-dors Certification, Quality Manual, PPRO and PCC monitoring procedures, Operational HACCP, Food Safety Policies).
- Expert level of understanding of the principles of Quality Management Systems e.g. ISO 9001, FSSC22000 and continu-ous improvement.
- Experience in ISO90001 and FSSC22000 certification process.
- Experience with SAP as user.
- Upper-intermediate level of English, both oral and written.
