**Responsibilities**- Analyze OU supply chain performance data, Integrate and consolidate inputs to generate the monthly Operations Scorecard for the LatAm Excomm to be used in the monthly connection forum (LatAm Ops SVP and direct reports).- Lead, control and monitor the LatAm Operations Support Center Budget process (AOP budget generation + montly tracking - +100 people - $21 MM USD for 2021) to provide funding allocation opportunities. Consolidate and generate expense control reports to the different budget owners to keep budget in line.- Define, support and ensure performance data flow for all global metrics including Manufacturing, Service, Cost, Go to Market, Warehousing, Transportation, Boomerang, Safety, Quality and Environment, HR and E2E Waste - Provide direct metric data sourcing and integration from the different systems - Provide training and carryout metrics workshops in all Business Units to Metric Captains (Country/site leaders responsible for the performance data handling).- Support the LatAm Operations yearly planning processes (AOP and PSP). Provide input to Operations SVP based on PSP Metrics Benchmarking exercise- Analyze OU supply chain performance data, Integrate and consolidate inputs to generate the Weekly and Monthly Supply Chain Benchmarking reports, to provide visibility across the different levels of the LatAm Operations Structure and other connected areas of the Supply Chain (HR, GTM, Finance).- Lead, control and monitor the performance metrics process. Identifiy specific productivity opportunities and generate benchmarking analytics across LatAm, through ad hoc tools.

**Qualifications**- University Degree. Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, Finance or similar.- Functional experience on manufacturing and supply chain processes; Business performance and Perfomance metrics deep understanding.- Analytical skills to develop and deploy clear reports.- Expert in database management and tools- Advanced skills in reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau or others.- Leadership, negotiation and communication skills; ability to lead people change; cultural sensitivity/flexibility to support sites in the different countries.- Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.
