The
**Sr. Applications Technologist**, reporting to the Regional Innovation Application Manager, will support customer projects, as well as research process by preparing and selecting natural ingredients and flavours, offering guidelines related to Natural ingredients & flavour modifications and maintaining data relevant to Natural ingredients & flavour portfolio, according to EH&S policies and business needs.

**You will**:
**NI & Flavour Application**
- Prepare natural and flavoured food products for customer projects, presentations and/or research projects
- Select optimal NI & flavours for projects according to specified requirements (i.e., customer, regulatory, legislation, cost)
- Assist in tasting sessions and presentations to customers/visitors

**Data Management**
- Manage NI data and recipe documentation for food Products.
- Actively maintain the NI performance data for the natural portfolio through evaluation in finished product and capture of profiles

**Environmental Health & Safety**
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized lab environment in accordance with EH&S policies

**Your professional profile includes**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry or Biology.
- Advanced Level of English.
- Tasting skills and ability to effectively describe the flavour profile of the product and provide direction to the team for ingredients Modifications
- Basic understanding of the most common NI & flavour reactions/interactions in common food products
