Warehousing Specialist

**Resumen de Posición**:
It is required to cover in advance the replacement of the current Warehousing Specialist III, who will dispense with his services in our company due to migration to another country, in order to train him in the functions.

**Responsabilidades Esenciales**:

- Enter the products into the warehouse following the established procedure.
- Carry out the dispatch from the office, with the corresponding administrative and operational processes: pack as established (pumps or parts), document what has been done, through photos of before and after packaging, file in the project folder, proceed with the issuance of the I refer.
- Execute the assembly of manufacturing orders, according to the client's needs, using the device correctly. (Cardan Joint Devices)
- Report the input needs of the dispatch sector.
- Reflect warehouse movements in the corresponding management system (Jakarta) to ensure the balance of what physically exists in the warehouse with what the system shows.
- Label, classify and organize the correct storage of products within the warehouse to ensure agile, efficient and safe storage.
- Comply with product delivery standards to external and internal customers, ensuring that packaging meets the quality parameters defined by the company.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Attend all required safety training, participate in weekly 5-minute safety meetings.
- Report unsafe conditions, incidents and near misses, and suggest ways to improve safety.
- Comply with ESH&S safety standards and procedures at ITT, client and supplier facilities.
- Manage and efficiently use the tools provided by the company to ensure their correct and safe use.
- Take care of and ensure the correct use of the lifting elements during their use and subsequent.

**Requisitos del Puesto**:
Verifiable experience in warehouse work in the industrial sector (minimum 5 years)
- Basic management of production control systems (ERP).
- Knowledge in companies certified with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 will be valued.
- Professional Driving Record (preferred)
