Imaginate emprendiendo proyectos desafiantes, dinámicos e innovadores y **siendo responsable de**:

- Planificar y gestionar las variables comerciales, como surtido, sell in y out, precios y stocks de distintas categorías de la vertical de Moda y Calzado para alcanzar los objetivos de facturación, contribución marginal y participación de mercado definidos en el plan de negocios del área.
- Analizar e identificar oportunidades y amenazas para el negocio, y colaborar en el proceso de previsión de ventas y su optimización, analizando distintas fuentes de información.
- Identificar proveedores críticos para las categorías target y generar las alianzas y los acuerdos comerciales necesarios para el desarrollo del negocio.
- Planificar y coordinar el desempeño de las áreas involucradas en distintos aspectos de la gestión comercial, como Operaciones, Administración, Marketing y Publicidad, Legales, User Experience, entre otras. Proponer acciones promocionales en función del análisis del inventario, el entorno competitivo y los KPIs del negocio y coordinar acciones tácticas con otras áreas y unidades de la compañía, como Marketplace, Marketing, Publicidad, Mercado Pago, Mercado Envíos y Customer Experience.

**Requisitos**:

- Tener 5 años de experiência desarrollada en la gestión comercial de líneas de Moda, calzado y/o deportes Poseer formación en carreras de contenido analítico, como Ingeniería, Economía, Administración o Contabilidad.
