Commercial Activation Specialist para sumarse a nuestro equipo de
Eucerin:
Responsabilidades:
- Desarrollo, coordinación y seguimiento del plan anual para los principales clientes tanto directos como indirectos
- Relacionamiento constante con clientes, dueños y encargadas de farmacia
- Desarrollo de la estrategia de exhibición primaria de Eucerin. Detección de oportunidades en el Punto de Venta para la mejora de la exhibición primaria de la marca. Garantizar al fair facing share. Coordinación integral de los Cube System (diseño, presupuesto, PDV a colocar y armado de cronograma con proveedor), Dermacenters & Góndola digital. Identificación de oportunidades para nuevos proyectos, negociación con cliente junto a Ventas.
- Desarrollo de la estrategia de visibilidad temporaria de Eucerin.
- Plan anual de vidrieras de Eucerin.
- Plan anual de Expos de Clientes
- Plan anual de capacitaciones ad hoc al personal de farmacias o clientes & Eventos a Consumidor. Responsable por la planificación y ejecución del plan liderando a la Entrenadora exclusiva. Acuerdo con clientes y ventas por cronograma anual, coordinación general de la capacitación (ambientación, promotoras, descuento, beauty sessions), Armado de contenido de presentación, rol de capacitadora, soporte, o coordinación del speaker y presencia de representante de la marca (dependiendo del tipo de evento y necesidad), reporte post capacitación.
- Capacitación, soporte, lineamientos y coordinación de giras al equipo de Visibilidad y Entrenadora exclusiva.
- Coordinación de la reunión mensual ciclo Trade para EDVs + Ventas
- Comunicación al equipo de ventas de las actividades promocionales y coordinación de la implementación con Avanter
- Armado, seguimiento y ejecución del plan anual de muestras
- Responsable por storechecks para visitas regionales o globales
- Ejecución & seguimiento del presupuesto de los proyectos a su cargo
Perfil:
- Graduada/o en Marketing, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines
- Experiência de 3 años en el área de S&CM, preferentemente cosmética, farmacéutica o maquillaje, perfumes, lujo.
- Nível de inglés avanzado.
- Herramientas informáticas: Dominio del Paquete Office
