As a Commercial Banking Documentation Specialist you will perform account opening/product set up document packages and review and indexing of executed documentation within JP Morgan systems. **Responsibilities**:
- The team name is Digital Document Services. Main responsibilities include verifying, capturing and storing legal agreements required to transact with the firm
- Identify issues and co-ordinate with the relevant functions internally for prompt resolution on disputed points within set time-frame parameters
- Working with key partners in legal, business, operations and technology, contribute towards the development of an efficient operating framework
- Working closely with business stakeholders in various locations and global document management team in India, US and UK.
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**:
- Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
- Listens effectively to client needs, asks the right questions & is sensitive to what is priority for our clients
- Ability and confidence to establish written and oral conversations in English
- Capacity to interpret legal documents/agreements
- Problem-solving mindset
- Graduated from Economics, Bachelor in business Administration, Law, and similar is preferred.
**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**:
- Communicates effectively and professionally, quick response to queries and identify when escalation is needed
- Strong organizational skills
