Bilingual Marketing Manager- Localization Industry

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to join our team and help us grow our business and
brand awareness in the global market.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company´s services and solutions to potential and existing clients
- Track and analyze the performance and ROI of marketing activities and provide regular reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency of marketing messages and goals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the language services industry
- Create and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity and voice across all marketing materials and channels
- Manage and update the company website and blog with relevant and engaging content
- Plan and execute online and offline events and webinars to generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence and engagement
- Design and produce marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, case studies, white papers, etc.
- Develop sales enablement and sales playbook to assist the sale and account management team.
- Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and agencies to execute marketing projects and campaigns

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- At least 3 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the language services industry or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one other language
- Creative and strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and quality
- Strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, WordPress, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.
- Passion for languages and cultures
You must be able to work US hours (8:30 to 5:30 CT).
